The Head Office for Fuller Group is based in Guernsey, from which a small team administer the investment properties, development activities and international property interests.

Alex Fuller has over 20 years’ experience in the residential and commercial property industry as well as wider business experience in other areas including the marina sector, motor trade, retail, e-commerce and waste sectors. Alex’s business career commenced in London during his time at university when he built up and sold a London based property development company specialising in change of use and conversions to residential. He commenced consultancy work at Fuller Group in 1999 and subsequently relocated to Guernsey permanently to work at Fuller Group full time. During Alex’s time at Fuller Group, he restructured, reorganised and consolidated the Group’s interests and activities and significantly increased net asset values and profitability.

Alex obtained a degree in Property Valuation and Finance from Cass Business School, London.

Judy Lovell has an extensive background in trust and company administration where she gained a wealth of experience in a variety of senior management positions including the administration of complex trust and company assets, international trade, business development, company secretarial and HR functions.

Judy holds a Chartered Secretary’s Diploma in Finance & Administration and an HND in Business Studies.

James Maguire trained with a local accountancy practice and has over 30 years of accounting experience, 17 of which as a freelance accountant providing accounting services to a variety of local businesses where he gained a wealth of experience in both the finance and retail sectors.

James obtained a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Portsmouth Polytechnic.

Nigel Jones – Non-Executive Director

Nigel Jones has been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 1989.  He was the Chief Executive of ComProp Limited, an AIM listed Property Company based in Guernsey, between 2001 and 2007.  During that period, he was responsible for major office developments including headquarter offices for Fortis, Kleinwort Benson and Generali, as well as retail stores for B&Q.  His directorships include UK Care No 1 Limited which holds leases on approximately 100 BUPA care homes, PPHE Hotel Group, Matrix Property Fund Management (Guernsey) Limited, Threadgreen Industrial Limited and Landericus Limited.

Richard Hemans – Non-Executive Director

Richard Hemans is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Chartered Director. He is the Group Finance Director and Company Secretary for Blue Diamond Ltd, the UK’s third largest garden centre group with a turnover of more than £70m and 1,500 employees. He was previously the Finance Director of Guernsey Post Ltd and has a wide variety of commercial and financial experience in the retail, telecommunications, logistics and motor trade industries.

Sean Fuller – Non-Executive Director

Sean Fuller has over 16 years’ experience in the marine sector and marine related property. Sean started his career working for a Fuller Group former subsidiary company, Foodwatch, which was a health food manufacturer and distributor. In the late 1990s, Sean took over the running of Deacons Boat Yard. Deacons, at that time, had suffered severe under investment and Sean transformed the business into a profitable and efficient marina complex with a strong reputation in the region. Sean relinquished his role at Deacons in 2007 to concentrate on other investment projects for the Group including the development plans for a touristic marina residential complex in St Lucia. Sean continues to provide marina management consultancy services to the Group.

Evelyn Fuller – Non-Executive Director

Evelyn Fuller has been involved in the marketing industry for most of her working life. Evelyn assists with the management of the health food outlet in Jersey, ensuring the business sees consistent and stable profit levels, as well as providing the Board with a healthy dose of common sense and admirable intuition.
